Beware of Content Mils that don't Pay- Bubblews Is One Such Scam site

Bubblews, a short post content mill, has not paid me for months now. There are three payments pending for the months of Aug Oct and Dec '13. I have been sending them emails regularly and they have been acknowledging a few of them with the commitment to sort out my problem of non payment.

Recently I recd an email saying that I have violated their norms(Rule no. 5) by posting a pornographic or semi pornographic image . Therefore, they will not pay and my Bubblews account is likely to be terminated too. The letter is produced below:

You are Aware of Your Body, Mind and Intellect but Totally Unaware of Your Real Self

We are body conscious beings. We identify with our physical selves. From childhood we develop likes and dislikes. That is how we are brought up by our parents and elders. We pick up likes and dislikes from our elders and peers.
As we grow into adolescence there are rapid transformations within our bodies and we become acutely aware of our basic instincts. We sense the world through our minds and the mind is heavily dependent on the sense organs to feel the world. The eyes, nose, ears, skin and tongue guide us in making discoveries and judgments.
We learn to discriminate by using our intellect. If the intellect is well developed the human being evolves into a rational person. If his mind is dominant, he becomes an emotional person. With these tools at his disposal he sets about creating the world for himself.
He does everything possible to improve the objective world but forgets to focus his attention on his real inner self which is obscured by his body, mind and intellect. The scientists are working seriously to improve the world that we live in. The subject that is supposed to enjoy this world is struggling to cope with the advanced technologies and is suffering from stress and strain. Another set of people, the saints are going deep within themselves to identify their real selves so that the subject, the individual is developed. This study or philosophy is called +Vedanta and deserves more attention than science and technology

Here is the reply sent by me. I am likely to lose the money (more than 80$) and my account which has

955 followers and

more than 100 original short posts(some of them are long too)

"The image does not qualify as pornography or semi pornography.
A naked girl in a non-sexual pose may not be considered porn (especially evident in art, nudism). It's somewhat technical but common sense should be able to distinguish images that are appropriate and ones that are considered pornographic.

Pornography is often distinguished from erotica which consists of the portrayal of sexuality with high-art aspirations, focusing also on feelings and emotions, while pornography involves the depiction of acts in a sensational manner, with the entire focus on the physical act, so as to arouse quick intense reactions.Pornography is generally classified as either softcore or hardcore pornography. A pornographic work is characterized as hardcore if it has any hardcore content, no matter how small.
Softcore pornography generally contains nudity or partial nudity in sexually suggestive situations, but not explicit sexual activity, sexual penetration or "extreme" fetishism
Hardcore pornography contains graphic sexual activity and visible penetration.
The image that you find offensive is artistic and may qualify for semi nudity but where is the suggestion of sexual activity or situation here.
Clearly , you are guilty of nitpicking and are trying to evade payment of my 3 redemption dues which have been pending for months now.
I have added value to this content site by my original authentic writing and you take one image and are trying to foist charges of obscenity, which is highly ridiculous.
Desist from such unjust and unfair practices and pay up."

My conclusions:
1. I wasted my time writing for such cold blooded thieves who want the value addition that I give them but are unwilling to compensate me for my work.
2. The mounting pending payments are withheld by citing such callous and amateurish explanations.
3. The delay in payment is deliberate. The poor writer ends up writing content which is going to fetch royalty and new advertisers but the poor writer will never get paid dues. New writers will take his place and keep producing original content.
My warning: Do not write for Bubblews, they steal your content because they do not pay you after a few initial payments.
Do not believe the testimonials, they are from the initial bunch who have been paid. Some, who are older and experienced members and claim they are getting paid are either lucky or lying through their teeth, I don't know.
